At Ventura Alfresco Co. we are ready to elevate your date night, winery visit or private event. We create charcuterie boxes and custom boards using only the finest ingredients available. We are also committed to sustainability and use recycled and compostable materials in our boxes. We also use fresh fruits and products that are available to us through our local farms. Our mission is to provide you and your guests with a feast for your eyes that your guests won’t stop talking about! 

Ventura Alfresco Co. is founded by Vanessa Stotler, who is a lover of fine foods and has created charcuterie boards for events for the past 3 years. Her boards are raved about by friends and family, so she set out on an adventure to create charcuterie boxes for others who want to visually delight their guests!
